Starting Wage: $20 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist painters and skilled workers with painting, finishing, and job-site tasks
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
- Prepare work areas and protect surfaces as needed
- Perform basic cleaning, demolition, sanding, scraping, and surface preparation
- Operate basic hand and power tools as appropriate
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following instructions and safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Comfortable with physical work, lifting materials, and being on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
