This position supports daily warehouse and material handling operations by receiving, organizing, preparing, and shipping parts, materials, and tools. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized workspace.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Receive, handle, package, and ship parts, materials, and tools, including building shipping crates
- Accurately locate, pick, stage, and track inventory using shipping and inventory management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Follow established work instructions, procedures, and company safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Complete assigned tasks with urgency to meet customer and operational deadlines and perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and task follow-through skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow established procedures
- Forklift and/or Gradall operation experience preferred; construction or warehouse experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
