The Title Assistant plays an important role in supporting the sales and finance teams by helping ensure vehicle transactions are completed accurately and efficiently. This position provides administrative support through processing paperwork, tracking contracts, assisting with titles and registrations, communicating with customers and lenders, and helping resolve documentation issues. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys keeping processes running smoothly behind the scenes while providing excellent support to both customers and the team.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Process new, used, and wholesale vehicle deals, ensuring all paperwork is accurate and complete
- Verify payments, track contracts, process funding notices, and coordinate with lenders, sales teams, and F&I managers
- Manage vehicle titles, registrations, lien releases, and resolve title-related issues with customers, lenders, and agencies
- Process dealer trades, payoff checks, registration checks, and related documentation
- Track incentives, rebates, and reserve account adjustments while following up on outstanding items
- Provide customer and internal support by researching issues, gathering documentation, and ensuring timely resolution of deal and title concerns
Qualifications:
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to work with financial records
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow processes efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines
