What You’ll Do
- Work alongside experienced licensed plumbers on residential and commercial projects
- Learn plumbing installation, maintenance, repairs, drain cleaning, and gas piping
- Assist with new construction, remodels, and service work throughout the Flathead Valley
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Develop the skills needed to become a licensed Montana plumber
Career Path & Pay
- We believe your pay should grow as your skills do
- $18 to $20/hour starting wage
- Company-paid plumbing apprenticeship schooling
- $25/hour once you’re enrolled in trade school
- $35/hour after earning your Montana plumbing license
- Take-home company vehicle once you’re licensed
