Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead daily business operations while overseeing residential and commercial construction projects from planning through completion
- Develop new business opportunities by building relationships, networking, and securing new construction and remodeling projects
- Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure exceptional service and repeat business
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and operational performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead, mentor, and communicate with project teams to align goals, improve performance, and support successful project delivery
- Monitor business performance, analyze growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue and operational success
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in construction management, general contracting, or a related industry
- Proven success in business development, client acquisition, and growing revenue
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction processes, project management, and budgeting
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage teams and clients effectively
- Experience using construction management and CRM software, such as Buildertrend, Procore, Acumatica, or similar platforms
- Results-driven professional with strong organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
