Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assemble fluid management subassemblies according to engineering drawings and production specifications
- Install and position pumps, valves, tubing, and pneumatic components within electromechanical systems
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams to ensure accurate system assembly
- Verify fluid flow components are installed correctly and meet quality and performance standards
- Report production progress and collaborate with leadership to meet project timelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance products and manufacturing processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience assembling mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and P&ID diagrams
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
