Essential Functions and Duties:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to homeowners
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle
- Participate in on-call service rotation as required
- Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
- Lead a small team on larger projects
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality products
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan preferred
- NATE certification is a strong plus
