This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly by assisting customers, coordinating rentals and logistics, and supporting both shop and field operations. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays organized under pressure, and enjoys a mix of customer interaction, coordination, and practical work with equipment, deliveries, and shop support.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist customers with equipment rentals, returns, and general inquiries, providing product information and support
- Coordinate equipment scheduling, delivery, pickup, and related logistics
- Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and maintain accurate records and inventory tracking
- Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment before and after rentals
- Load, unload, secure, and transport equipment using company vehicles and trailers
- Support overall shop and yard operations to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, automotive, agriculture, industrial, or related fields preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to learn equipment operation and basic maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record and the ability to pull and back up trailers
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
