A well-established local trucking and excavating company is looking for a dependable and hardworking General Laborers to support various field operations. This role involves assisting with excavation projects, site preparation, and material transportation on both residential and light commercial job sites.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist with excavation, grading, and site prep under the direction of equipment operators
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment at job sites
- Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, and compacting
- Help maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support truck drivers and operators with safe and efficient job site operations
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to take direction
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
