A growing luxury design and fabrication company in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join its creative and production team. This company specializes in crafting custom, high-end architectural elements including fireplaces, elevators, cabinetry, and metal installations for discerning residential and commercial clients.
This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple welding processes, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well in a team-driven environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes
- Fabricate metal parts and assemblies from blueprints and shop drawings
- Cut, fit, grind, and assemble components to precise specifications
- Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys
- Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
- Follow safety standards, maintain tools/equipment, and support production timelines
Qualifications
- 2 to 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in multiple welding techniques and experience welding various metal types
- Welding certifications and experience in structural, custom fabrication, or industrial environments preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to pass background screenings
