Welder / Fabricator

A growing luxury design and fabrication company in Bozeman, MT is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join its creative and production team. This company specializes in crafting custom, high-end architectural elements including fireplaces, elevators, cabinetry, and metal installations for discerning residential and commercial clients.

This role is responsible for producing high-quality welded parts while meeting safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with multiple welding processes, takes pride in craftsmanship, and works well in a team-driven environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core processes
  • Fabricate metal parts and assemblies from blueprints and shop drawings
  • Cut, fit, grind, and assemble components to precise specifications
  • Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys
  • Inspect finished welds for quality, strength, and accuracy
  • Follow safety standards, maintain tools/equipment, and support production timelines

Qualifications
  • 2 to 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience
  • Proficiency in multiple welding techniques and experience welding various metal types
  • Welding certifications and experience in structural, custom fabrication, or industrial environments preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to pass background screenings
