- Starting Wage: $22/hour

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Administrative Functions:
- Greet vendors and guests warmly, ensuring a professional and hospitable atmosphere, and escort them as needed
- Notify relevant team members of guest arrivals and maintain organized records of visits and appointments
- Coordinate and manage guest and vendor visits, collaborating with various teams for smooth arrangements
- Arrange snacks, drinks, and meal provisions for visitors, and oversee the timely cleanup of conference rooms post-meetings
- Organize space and equipment for special programs, ensuring participant lists are prepared as necessary
- Direct vendors and deliveries to the appropriate locations and provide clear directions to guests regarding their visits
- Manage external calls, transfer them efficiently, and assist with errands and travel arrangements for team members
- Human Resources Functions
- Represent the company at job fairs, attract potential talent, and assist with posting job openings and updating descriptions
- Support the implementation of drug testing policies and collaborate with external partners as necessary
- Conduct employee surveys to gauge morale, analyze results, and implement changes to improve workplace culture
- Maintain and provide insights from Strengths Finder reports to supervisors and assist in securing job training-related grants
- Clearly communicate company policies, benefits, and procedures to team members and job applicants
- Assist in developing programs to boost employee engagement, organize company events, and provide administrative support for training
- Contribute to HR policy development, maintain compliance with legal requirements, and take on additional duties as assigned
- Previous clerical/office experience, 1 -2 years preferred
- Some Human Resources experience is helpful but not required
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time and project management skills to meet deadlines
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
