As a Back-of-House Support, you will be an integral part of the kitchen team, working behind the scenes to ensure every meal meets high standards. You will collaborate with other kitchen staff to create a seamless operation. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.

Essential Functions & Duties:
- Reception of product and organization of storage rooms
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Wash dishes, clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Deep cleaning of all kitchen areas
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens, and fryers
- Excellent time management skills with a sense of urgency
- Team player mindset
- Ability to pass a pre employment background screening
