They are seeking a Certified Welder to take on the role of Shop Foreman. This position will lead a small team of employees and be responsible for managing day-to-day shop activities, ensuring high-quality welding work, and supporting their field crews. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid background in both welding and construction.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate shop operations and staff
- Perform welding tasks for commercial and residential construction projects
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to support job site needs
- Monitor inventory and order materials as necessary
- Uphold high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety
Qualifications:
- Certified Welder with proven experience
- Prior experience in a supervisory or foreman role preferred
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
