A well-established firm specializing in the sale and acquisition of farms, ranches, timberland, vineyards, and recreational properties nationwide is seeking a Social Media Manager. The position coordinates agent social media postings, distributes video content, and executes monthly email campaigns to maintain a professional, consistent brand presence that supports business growth and transaction activity. This is not a creative director or influencer role. It is a structured, operations-driven position focused on consistency, authority positioning, and measurable transaction support.
Starting Salary: $60K to $65K, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time – in office
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Publish regular social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and upload/distribute video content to YouTube
- Edit and format agent-provided content to maintain brand voice, authority positioning, and consistency
- Manage a structured content calendar for 10–15 agents and enforce submission standards, deadlines, and program guidelines
- Prepare and send monthly branded email campaigns for each agent
- Track posting accuracy, engagement, reporting metrics, and support CRM lead-source tracking (Propertybase preferred)
- Maintain secure account access and professional communication with agents while coordinating multiple priorities
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing professional social media accounts in a business or sales-driven environment
- Strong written communication and copy-editing skills, with experience following defined brand standards and structured processes
- Proficiency with social scheduling platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and graphic tools (e.g., Canva)
- Ability to trim, format, and distribute short-form video content
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and executing campaigns with measurable results
- Familiarity with real estate or professional services marketing, CRM systems (Propertybase preferred), and basic analytics/reporting
