We are looking for a reliable, dependable, and motivated Residential New Construction Foreman Installer to join this amazing team. This role requires a mechanical background, the ability to troubleshoot and excellent customer service skills.

Essential Functions and Duties:

• Oversee and complete the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including heating, cooling, ventilation, ductwork, and controls, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure the HVAC system is integrated smoothly into the overall construction timeline
• Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecards
• Invest time in training seminars and classes
• Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors maintaining professional relationships 

Qualifications:

• Experience in residential construction
• Experience in a foreman or lead installer role
• Desire to develop and grow in the industry
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license
