We’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team in Kalispell. This is an onsite role with plenty of room for professional growth, full training, and a long-term career path. As a Recruiter, you’ll spend much of your day on the phone with candidates and clients building relationships, identifying top talent, and making successful job matches. You’ll learn how to open the right doors, move people forward, and truly enrich lives.
Why You Want This Position:
- Location: Kalispell office (100% in-office)
- Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with some flexibility
- Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Competitive Hourly Wage (DOE) + uncapped commission

- Source, interview, and screen candidates, presenting only the best matches to clients
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients through phone and email communication
- Hit weekly and monthly production goals with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
- Participate in training and ongoing development to sharpen your skills
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
