This Recruiter role is based in our Kalispell office and is 100% in office.

You will be on the phone with candidates and clients most of the day. You will source, interview, and screen candidates, submitting only the best to our clients. Excellent written and verbal communication is required. 

Full training provided.

Required qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Sales experience
• Strong phone experience and willingness to be on the phone most of the day

DETAILS
Located at our Kalispell office, this position is Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with an hour lunch break, and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Base hourly wage depends on experience. Compensation also includes uncapped commission based on performance. Benefits include:
