This role involves overseeing multiple construction projects, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and providing hands-on training to field staff. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a strong background in construction management, safety compliance, and workforce development.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Visit and supervise multiple active job sites to ensure compliance with project plans, schedules, and safety regulations
  • Implement, monitor, and improve job site safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards
  • Conduct regular safety audits, job hazard analyses, and site inspections
  • Lead on-site safety meetings and training sessions for field personnel
  • Collaborate with crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain productivity and high-quality work
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to leadership and clients
  • Assist in scheduling, budgeting, and procurement efforts as needed
  • Coach and mentor team members to promote a safety-first culture and support professional development


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or project management
  • Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and site safety procedures
  • Proven leadership and training experience on active construction sites
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to various job sites
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
