Well-respected high-end residential construction company in the beautiful Flathead Valley is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. This well-established, family owned and operated company, started in the early 80’s, specialize in building luxury Montana homes ranging from $10M to $30M in value. As a Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on a single luxury build at a time—typically 3 to 4 years in duration—partnering closely with clients, architects, trades, and an in-house team of skilled artisans. This is a long-term role with a focus on steady, high-caliber work—never rushed, always intentional.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead all phases of construction for one high-end residential project, from pre-construction through final handoff
- Oversee budgets, timelines, schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Spend time both in-office (60%) and on-site (40%) to ensure full project visibility and smooth communication
- Use Bluebeam for documentation, markups, RFIs, and submittals
- Serve as the client’s go-to contact, maintaining a proactive and relationship-driven approach
- Ensure projects meet the company’s exacting standards for quality, detail, and craftsmanship
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external partners to bring complex design visions to life
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential or complex commercial builds
- Proven ability to lead both field and office-side project activities
- Proficiency in construction management tools—especially Bluebeam
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering best-in-class work
- Strong communicator and problem solver with a calm, professional presence
- Valid driver’s license (company truck provided)
