Their work spans public, private, and residential developments, with a strong focus on collaboration, transparency, and proactive problem-solving to achieve successful outcomes.
They are seeking a motivated individual interested in building a career in construction project management. This role will support the project owner’s representative with onsite presence, coordination, reporting, and photo documentation. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience working closely with owners, contractors, and design teams on an active jobsite.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Visit jobsites daily
- Support and report directly to the owner’s representatives
- Provide photo documentation of jobsite progress
- Assist with weekly progress reports
- Help coordinate activities with the General Contractor, architect, and owner’s representative as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior owner’s rep, project engineering, or field experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and terminology
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
