Production Print Specialist (Part-Time)

The Production Print Specialist supports daily operations by managing customer orders both in person and over the phone, producing plan sets and format files, with finishing tasks such as binding and billing. This role also involves handling digital workflows such as managing emails, navigating Windows 11 and Outlook, and organizing files. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and an outgoing personality to deliver excellent service to clients.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Receive and process customer orders both in person and over the phone with accuracy and professionalism
  • Utilize Microsoft Windows 11 and Outlook to manage daily tasks, communications, and scheduling
  • Organize and maintain digital files through email and FTP systems to ensure smooth project workflows
  • Operate wide-format and standard printers to produce high-quality plan sets
  • Perform finishing tasks such as binding, laminating, and packaging
  • Generate invoices and process customer billing in a timely and accurate manner

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, with the ability to manage digital files through FTP or cloud systems
  • Experience with printing equipment and copiers preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Basic troubleshooting skills to resolve printing or file issues quickly
