A mission-driven organization with Montana roots and a growing national presence is seeking a versatile and proactive professional to support its operations and client engagement efforts across the U.S. This role will serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, daily operations, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Based in Montana, this position works closely with leadership to help translate high-level direction into day-to-day results. This role is hybrid, but you must be based in Montana. There will be occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. The ideal candidate is adaptable, relationship-focused, and comfortable managing a mix of responsibilities—from client service and sales to operations and logistics.

Salary: $72,000/year +  Bonus or commission potential based on performance
Schedule: Full-time — Hybrid 

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Partner closely with the CEO to absorb and translate strategic goals into actionable plans for sales, onboarding, and service delivery, while ensuring all client interactions align with the brand’s voice and values.
  • Act as the main point of contact for U.S.-based clients, leading the full client journey—from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing service—while building strong, trust-based relationships through proactive support.
  • Drive outreach and follow-ups aligned with CEO-led strategies; represent the company at events and networking opportunities, and relay market insights to inform proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
  • Execute CEO-directed marketing initiatives across sectors and regions, tailor sales materials for key industries, and report on campaign performance to support future planning.
  • Coordinate service delivery with offshore teams, manage local logistics, and support compliance efforts—such as record classification, retention schedules, and destruction timelines—ensuring workflow consistency and regulatory alignment.
  • Deliver weekly updates to the CEO on clients, sales, and operations; share real-time field insights and recommend improvements to enhance communication, efficiency, and overall service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, client services, or business development
  • Background in records management, compliance, logistics, or other data-sensitive industries preferred
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Strategic thinker who can also execute with discipline and follow-through
  • Independent, reliable, and comfortable managing responsibilities with a high degree of autonomy
