This position serves as the administrative hub of the office, supporting project managers and company leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Wage: $19 to $23/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule:
- First month, part-time – 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and office inquiries while providing professional customer service
- Process and maintain construction project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and permits
- Support project managers by organizing project files, contracts, plans, and closeout documents
- Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Utilize construction management software and technology platforms to track and distribute project information
- Assist with office administration, scheduling, recordkeeping, supply management, and other operational support tasks
Qualifications:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
- Two or more years of administrative, office management, or related professional experience
- Proficient with computer software and able to quickly learn new programs and technology platforms
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong recordkeeping, data entry, problem-solving abilities, and the discretion to handle confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent
