A high-end, custom home construction company in the Flathead Valley is looking for an On Call HVAC Technician. This award-winning team of builders is proud to bring Montana dream homes to life using in house, local craftsmen.
This role involves diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems such as furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and heat pumps. The technician works independently during on-call shifts, communicates clearly with customers about issues and repair options, and completes accurate service documentation. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays during on-call rotations is required.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Respond to on-call service requests during assigned rotations
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Perform emergency repairs efficiently to restore system operation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding diagnoses, repair options, and costs
- Accurately document service calls, work performed, and parts used
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and regulations while maintaining vehicles, tools, and inventory
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with residential and commercial HVAC systems preferred
- Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays during on-call rotations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
