What You’ll Do
- Assist with or independently perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Support service technicians with diagnostics and troubleshooting (entry-level)
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
- Communicate with customers and team members professionally
- Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
What You Bring
Entry-Level Candidates:
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Valid driver’s license
Experienced Technicians:
- 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and lead jobs when needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $25–$45/hour DOE
- Overtime opportunities available
