The Housekeeper will help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest accommodations and common areas. This position is responsible for cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, public spaces, and other areas while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Starting Wage: Up to $22/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and restocking supplies
- Clean and maintain public guest areas, including lobbies, bathrooms, lodges, and cabins
- Clean, sanitize, and stock employee living spaces, bathrooms, and recreation areas
- Stock linens and remove used linens, towels, and trash as needed
- Assist with guest amenity requests and support teammates with a variety of duties as needed
- Work safely in various conditions, including outdoors and on stairs, while handling carts and heavy loads and reporting safety or maintenance concerns to supervisors
Qualifications:
- Dependable, hardworking, and committed to providing good guest service
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and follow cleaning procedures
- Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Weekend availability
