Essential Functions and Duties:
- Enforce company systems and improve processes to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Monitor job schedules, labor hours, KPIs, and operational performance
- Ensure compliance with reporting deadlines, OSHA/state regulations, and safety programs
- Maintain organized inventory, oversee fleet maintenance, and support operational readiness
- Support HR functions including onboarding, performance management, employee development, and quarterly check-ins
- Coordinate across office and field teams while supporting customer relations, vendors, events, and operational reporting/forecasting
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field and 2 years of recent management experience in construction/trades (10–100 employees)
- OR Minimum of 6 recent years managing a construction or trades-related company (10–100 employees)
- Strong operational leadership with experience implementing and enforcing systems and processes
- Ability to manage job schedules, labor hours, budgets, and multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and scheduling software
- Knowledge of safety programs, fleet maintenance, and operational compliance
- Excellent organization, communication, customer relationship skills, and strong accountability/follow-through
