General Laborer

The General Laborer will support the production, assembly, and distribution of high-quality pool products. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the safe and timely delivery of products.   • Wage: $17 to $19/hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Read, evaluate and respond to product specifications, drawings and perform normal mathematical calculations
  • Safely operate shop equipment – power and hand tools (i.e. chop saws, drill presses, iron worker, punch machine, disc grinders, belt sanders and hand drills.)
  • Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials; verify specifications
  • Assemble components, resolving assembly problems
  • Maintain safe and clean environment with operational equipment and stocked supplies
  • Contribute to team effort to meet the production schedule
 
Qualifications:
  • On time and consistent work attendance
  • Strong work ethic with pride in work being produced
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and engage in frequent bending, pushing and lifting
