Garden Supervisor

LC Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join a high-end property maintenance team in Whitefish as a Garden Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a background in landscaping, along with proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of landscapers and ensure the successful completion of projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team.

Pay: $23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. – potential for year-round work

Responsibilities:
  • Supervising a crew of 2-3 people
  • Flowerbed maintenance, planting, and pruning shrubs and other plants
  • Layout and design choices

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of plants, garden design, and planting
  • Experience in landscaping or lawn care
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be able to push, pull and lift 80 pounds occasionally
