From residential homes to light commercial projects, you’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting heating, cooling, and ventilation systems that meet both customer expectations and code requirements. Why You Want This Position:
- Starting Wage: $30 to $36/hour, depending on experience

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, A/C units, and ventilation
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all installations meet code and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of HVAC installation experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to complete installations independently with minimal supervision
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, and perform manual labor
- Must have own basic hand tools; company provides larger equipment
