The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive personal and professional administrative support to the Executive Officers to ensure efficient office operations.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Experience Officer
- Schedule travel arrangements to include air, hotel and ground transportation
- Assist with general correspondence to include incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, mail, drafting memos, reports and other documents
- Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them appropriately
- Manage calendars and help facilitate and organize daily virtual meetings and conference calls
- Responsible for creating and managing intranet postings, manage investor website and assist with press releases
- Provide customer service to shareholders
- Assist with quarterly and annual corporate event planning
- Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years’ experience providing personal and administrative support
- A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of related study preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact in a professional, courteous, warm and gracious manner
- Banking experience preferred
- Technical proficiency with software including Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
- Capable of exercising the highest level of discretion on confidential matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills are necessary to meet deadlines
- A high school degree or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background screening
