They are seeking a skilled and driven Crew Foreman to oversee residential remodeling projects from initial planning through completion. This position leads job site crews, ensures high standards of workmanship, keeps projects on schedule, and maintains clear communication with both clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-focused, and confident in guiding a team while setting the standard for quality and professionalism on site.
Starting Wage: $35 to $40/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of remodeling crews
- Lead residential projects including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full remodels
- Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Train, mentor, and support crew members while maintaining a safe, organized job site
- Communicate with project managers and clients
- Manage materials, tools, and perform skilled trade work as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction
- Proven leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Experience with framing, finish carpentry, drywall, tile, or other trades preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- OSHA certification is a plus
