They’re looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator to join their growing team in Kalispell.

This position plays an important role in supporting project managers and company leadership with a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. It’s a great fit for someone who is organized, detail-focused, and confident in problem-solving and communication. Based out of the corporate office, this position may require occasional travel to job sites using a company vehicle, so a valid driver’s license is required.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Serve as a key support resource for project and construction managers
  • Review, process, and track invoices, payment applications, and accounts payable
  • Assist with payroll processing and other routine administrative functions
  • Communicate with project teams to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and document preparation
  • Conduct research and collaborate with estimating teams to ensure accurate project documentation

Qualifications:
  • A two-year college degree, accounting or business preferred
  • Background in construction accounting or related fields
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or administrative roles is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Familiarity with reading contracts and financial terms
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre employment drug screening
