Working closely with the owner, the Operations Manager will oversee sales, project coordination, customer service, and daily operations while taking on increasing leadership responsibilities as the company expands. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and willing to contribute wherever needed to ensure success.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the sales and project process
  • Conduct site visits, recommend solutions, and present products and services professionally
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, labor, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Maintain clear communication with customers, resolve concerns, and keep accurate project records
  • Lead installation crews and subcontractors while ensuring quality, safety, and high standards of workmanship
  • Assist with hands-on project work, equipment operation, and ongoing business and operational support

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to confidently sell high-value products and services
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Financially literate with experience managing budgets, costs, and project priorities
  • Proficient with common computer software and business applications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate a truck and trailer
  • Construction, remodeling, or project management experience preferred, with leadership experience and attention to detail considered a plus
