Why You Want This Position:
- Starting Pay: $25 to $35/hour, depending on experience
- Schedule: Full-time – Monday through Friday

Essential Job Duties:
- Perform rough and finish carpentry on restoration and reconstruction projects
- Repair and rebuild structures damaged by water, fire, mold, or storms
- Install framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and flooring
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and project scopes
- Operate hand and power tools safely while maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete work on schedule and to code
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Experience with residential remodeling, restoration, or reconstruction projects is a plus
- Ability to read tape measures and perform basic construction math
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds regularly, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
