An organization providing professional cleaning and facility support services in the Flathead Valley is seeking a seasonal Facilities Attendant. They play an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. They take pride in delivering reliable service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and contributing to a positive experience for visitors throughout the event season.
The Facilities Attendant is responsible for maintaining restrooms and public areas during home games. This seasonal position works only when the team is playing at home and requires a split-shift schedule.

- This position requires a split shift on game days:
- Morning Shift: Approximately 2 to 4 hours
- Evening Shift: Approximately 5 to 6 hours

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Clean and sanitize stadium restrooms before, during, and after events
- Monitor restroom conditions, restock supplies, and address cleanliness needs throughout games
- Empty interior and exterior trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of sinks, mirrors, counters, floors, fixtures, and surrounding public areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns
- Follow cleaning and safety procedures while providing courteous service to guests, staff, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or facility maintenance experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Capable of performing physical tasks throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and carrying supplies
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 30 pounds as needed
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event and game schedules
