A leading hospitality group in northwest Montana is seeking a System Administrator to assist across multiple properties. This position is responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and performance of the organization’s IT systems and infrastructure. This role supports daily technology operations by installing, configuring, and monitoring hardware, software, servers, and network systems while ensuring continuity of services for all users. The System Administrator provides technical support, manages system performance and security, and assists with evaluating and implementing new technologies to meet organizational needs.

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Maintain reliable operation and continuity of computer systems and IT infrastructure, including operating systems, servers, security tools, applications, email systems, and user devices
  • Install, configure, and support hardware and software while assisting in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies and platforms
  • Monitor system performance, establish checkpoints, and conduct risk assessments and testing to ensure secure and reliable data processing
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to users through phone, online, and in-person assistance
  • Manage network operations including network infrastructure, cabling standards, web filtering, traffic monitoring, and network/SQL administration
  • Coordinate hardware repairs with service vendors and assist with customization or adaptation of existing systems to meet user needs while supporting after-hours or on-call IT support as required

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 combined years of computer, network, IT Support, and accredited college degree program
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
