Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist with general construction tasks on active job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Support skilled tradespeople (carpenters, roofers, concrete crews, etc.)
- Perform site prep, cleanup, and basic demolition
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Operate basic hand and power tools (experience preferred but not required)
Qualifications:
- No experience required – willing to train the right candidate
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites preferred
