This manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, precision machining, and being part of a collaborative production team.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC and automatic screw machines
  • Machine metal and nonmetal materials to engineering specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Complete in-process inspections and production documentation
  • Perform basic preventive maintenance and replace tooling as needed
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of related CNC or machining experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of G-code programming
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Ability to solve practical production challenges
