Essential Functions and Duties:
- Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment within the assigned department
- Follow GMP, SOP, and food safety standards to ensure product quality and compliance Meet daily production targets with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Perform weighing, measuring, and quality checks to maintain product consistency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
