Overnight Home Care Aide / Caregiver
Butte, MT

A trusted in-home care provider is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers for overnight shifts supporting seniors in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for individuals who are attentive, calm, and reliable during nighttime hours and who find fulfillment in providing reassurance and care when it matters most. Overnight caregivers play a vital role in ensuring client safety, comfort, and peace of mind while fostering meaningful one-on-one relationships.

The Overnight Home Care Aide provides compassionate, hands-on support throughout the night to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This position focuses on personal care assistance, monitoring, and responsive support while maintaining a quiet, respectful, and secure environment.

Pay: $18 to $23/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling


Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Follow each client’s individualized Plan of Care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and respect at all times
  • Provide overnight personal care assistance, including toileting, repositioning, grooming, dressing, feeding, mobility, and comfort support
  • Assist with medication self-administration as directed and respond promptly to nighttime needs or call requests
  • Monitor client condition and safety throughout the night, reporting any changes, concerns, incidents, or hazards promptly
  • Perform light household tasks as needed during overnight hours to support a safe and comfortable environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members while demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude

Qualifications:
  • Previous private duty or in-home caregiving experience preferred
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable with the ability to remain alert and attentive overnight
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to reliably report to assigned client locations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented mindset
  • Professional appearance and commitment to quality, client-centered care
  • Ability to pass background, driving, and drug screenings; current TB test required
