Intermediate Manufacturing Technician

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a hands-on role in producing high-tech products that support cutting-edge industries. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with mechanical and electrical assemblies, applying your skills to build, test, and improve advanced equipment. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement, gaining experience in high-tech manufacturing processes.

  • Shift: Monday through Thursday – 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with potential overtime

Essential Functions and Duties:
  • Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies using schematics, work orders, wiring diagrams, and instructions
  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair, identifying and correcting errors
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment, following all safety policies, procedures, and training; promptly report hazards or incidents
  • Use test fixtures, electronic measurement tools, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies; record progress, labor, and material usage in computer systems; may assist with programming or software installation
  • Inspect, receive, and audit parts to ensure completeness; check for defects and ensure quality of finished work
  • Troubleshoot and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and product quality

Qualifications: 
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly
  • Ability to assemble components of varying sizes according to diagrams and integrate assemblies into mechanical and electrical systems
  • Prior manufacturing or electrical assembly experience is a plus
  • Moderately experienced technician capable of troubleshooting and working independently
  • High School diploma or equivalent
