Account Executive
Helena, MT


We are looking for an Account Executive in Helena, MT, to help land new clients and grow our current accounts across the Helena, Great Falls, Dillon, and Butte markets. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of the local Helena community and market, with the ability to connect with clients through an understanding of regional needs and opportunities.

PURPOSE: To increase contract staffing and direct hire sales volumes and expand market awareness of LC Staffing’s complete service offerings 
SCOPE: Position reports directly to VP of Sales and works closely with Account Managers, Branch Managers, and VP of Recruiting. 
TRAVEL: Must be willing to travel as needed to land new business, expand client portfolios, and break into new markets.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Opportunity Knocker – whether it’s a cold call or a warm lead, you capture it and bring it home.
  • Client Whisperer – build, nurture, and manage client relationships, ensuring they’re thrilled with our services and solutions.
  • Problem Solver – anticipate and resolve client issues before they even know they have them.
  • Data Maestro – analyze and report on client campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. General market analysis in our area to provide client recommendations with data driven decisions.
  • Team Player – work closely with our team in Kalispell and across the state – our team driven approach is what makes us special in this industry.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Well-connected within the Helena community, with an understanding of local trends, needs, and opportunities.
  • Knowledge and proven experience with B2B Sales (can be within a SaaS environment).
  • Background in talent strategy/recruiting a plus.
  • Super strong communication and interpersonal skills (reading minds is a plus but not required).
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for going outside the box.
  • Organization and multitasking that would make a Swiss army knife jealous.
