Erica Faraone is the Risk & Compliance Manager for LC Staffing. She is responsible to lead LC’s safety program, handle risk management, and promote a culture of safety and compliance company-wide. Erica joined LC Staffing in 2019 and loves the way LC moves people forward by connecting people with a job that is “just right” for them, and by helping companies find their next great team member. Erica brings administrative skills and experience in leadership, communications, HR and risk management.
Erica and her husband, Scott, have lived in the Flathead Valley for over 20 years and are still awed by its beauty. They have been married over 30 years and have three grown children. Weekends find them getting outside, getting together with friends, serving at Canvas Church, and finding the best places for breakfast. And coffee. Always coffee!
