A local, longstanding, family owned and operated business in the Flathead Valley is looking for Warehouse/Delivery Associates to join their team. This position plays a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and timely deliveries to customers. The role is responsible for receiving and inspecting shipments, organizing and stocking products, and coordinating deliveries with service technicians and vendors. In addition to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and yard, this position assists with equipment deliveries and basic assembly to ensure products are ready for customer use.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wage: $20 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries by verifying the contents of each shipment against the delivery documents
- Un-crate and inspect deliveries for damages
- Coordinate deliveries with both service technicians and vendors
- Help pull product from the back to stock in the showroom
- Assist in deliveries of equipment to clients
- Assembly of accessories on equipment (shelves, wheels, etc.)
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software, a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's License and clean driving record
