Superintendent

Montana based innovative construction firm is looking for a Superintendent to add to their team. The firm has been in business nearly 40 years and handles commercial, healthcare, historical, infrastructure, remodel, and high-end residential projects. Their motto is to fulfill their clients dreams through quiet confidence, innovation, and quality craftsmanship.  Their projects span throughout Western Montana. 

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design or construction-related issues
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, promoting a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
  • Experience with construction estimating and budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Salary: $76,869.44 – $92,573.95 per year
