This position provides hands-on leadership for daily operations, ensuring efficient service, strong team performance, and a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll oversee workflow, resource allocation, and the coordination of drivers, technicians, dispatch, and customer service staff while maintaining accountability, safety, and operational standards. In addition to leading and developing employees, this position supports business growth through proactive service, financial oversight, and operational efficiency.

- Salary Range: $95K to $105K, depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, manage workflow priorities, and allocate resources to ensure efficient service delivery
- Lead and support drivers, technicians, dispatch, and customer service teams by setting expectations, coaching performance, and maintaining accountability
- Hire, train, evaluate, and document employee performance, including ride-alongs and addressing employee relations
- Drive customer satisfaction and growth through proactive service, strong team collaboration, and implementation of marketing initiatives
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including product costs and operational expenses for facilities, vehicles, and personnel
- Perform fuel delivery duties as needed and support overall operational goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, and supervision
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience supervising employees
- Petroleum industry experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of multi-site or plant operations serving a large customer base and multiple product lines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels and diverse backgrounds
- Class A or B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or ability to obtain); knowledge of DOT regulations and employment laws preferred
