They’re seeking a Senior Electromechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of complete products and complex components. This role involves applying principles of electronics, electrical testing, and electromechanical systems to support innovative, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electromechanical design, a solid understanding of system integration, and the ability to navigate the interaction between mechanical and electrical systems. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are essential for success in this position.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Lead assigned engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes
- Define project requirements, conduct technical investigations, and develop solutions to address product and process challenges
- Prepare detailed design specifications, analyses, and recommendations for management review and approval
- Design and develop mechanical systems for a wide range of prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products in an advanced product development environment
- Support the delivery of high-quality, reliable products tailored to the needs of industrial manufacturing applications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Electromechanical Engineering or Master preferred, (ABET Accredited)
- Ten years of experience in Electromechanical Design
- Proficiency with SolidWorks
- Proven track record leading and contributing to full-cycle electromechanical design projects, from concept to production, including prototype and commercial product development
- Strong mechanical design and product development skills with a focus on manufacturability, quality, and performance in industrial applications
- Skilled in generating technical requirements, solving complex design challenges, and preparing documentation such as layouts, specifications, and calibration instructions
- Proficient in CAD/CAE tools and experienced in working within fast-paced, collaborative, and technically demanding environments
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and strong work ethic, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
