The Program Manager will help bring the organization’s five-year strategic plan to life by creating new educational programs and making sure all offerings work well together. This role combines big-picture thinking with hands-on work—developing new retreats, courses, and training paths for facilitators, while also making sure the overall learning experience is smooth, consistent, and high-quality.
Starting Salary: $90,000/year, depending on experience
Schedule: Full Time, flexible with some evenings/weekends
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Develop new retreats and courses for various age groups and experience levels and design structured learning pathways to guide student progress
- Coordinate the annual retreat schedule to ensure consistency and alignment across programs
- Expand online and hybrid learning opportunities in collaboration with team members, making programs more accessible
- Create and manage virtual learning content, including modules, digital courses, and facilitator training
- Standardize facilitator onboarding, provide training and mentorship, and build a central resource hub with best practices
- Design and oversee volunteer and work-study programs, including role development, training, and onboarding, ensuring alignment with the community’s values and goals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in program management, adult education, curriculum design, or operations
- Proven ability to build programs and manage complex workflows
- High emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership style
- Comfortable managing data: program metrics, surveys, and impact report
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Google Suite, and CRM systems
