In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing, and inspecting precision components to ensure they meet strict quality and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and eager to learn a variety of manufacturing processes within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Shape, grind, sharpen, and assemble metal tips and components to meet precise specifications
- Operate production equipment including presses, assembly machines, tumblers, ovens, and numbering machines to complete manufacturing tasks
- Wash, sort, hand-polish, and prepare instrument parts using designated wash stations
- Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality of finished parts
- Rotate between workstations and adapt to varying tasks based on production needs and product models
- Learn product lines, quality procedures, and regulatory standards such as ISO and FDA requirements
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, systems, and quality standards
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for detailed work
- Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety guidelines, and procedure manuals
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to follow directions and adapt to processes
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication and a focus on continuous improvement
- Commitment to accuracy, safety, and proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
