This position focuses on applying lawn care treatments, diagnosing and resolving customer concerns, and helping clients improve the health and appearance of their landscapes. Daily responsibilities include safely operating and maintaining equipment, completing service documentation, managing assigned routes, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional services. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a team in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Apply lawn treatments and applications in a timely manner
- Diagnose and resolve customer concerns through service calls
- Recommend and sell additional beneficial services to customers
- Complete required paperwork including production reports, invoices, estimates, and vehicle inspections
- Safely operate and maintain lawn care equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and vehicles
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily routes and projects
Qualifications:
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Mechanical knowledge of lawn equipment is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
