IT Project Coordinator / Designer is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of web projects while actively contributing to the design and development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that projects are completed on time, and meet quality standards. Role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, and design proficiency.

Duties:

  • Collaborates to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Facilitate meetings, including kick-off, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Coordinate tasks and priorities across cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate project requirements into actionable design solutions.
  • Contribute to the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that align with project goals and user needs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and test plans.
  • Generate regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and risks.
  • Capture lessons learned and best practices to inform future projects and improve processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the project management lifecycle.

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field.
Proven experience (3 years) in project coordination, preferably within the software development industry.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
 

You must live in the United States and have legal authority to work here. Living in Lewistown, MT is mandatory.  THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
