A large, local, private ranch in the Flathead Valley is hiring a Ground Attendants. If you prefer working outside to sitting in an office and if you like to look back at the end of the day with satisfaction because you can see what you’ve accomplished, then this ground attendant position could be the perfect hands-on job for you! In the summer and fall, you’ll be tackling weeds, cleaning the pond, mending fences and then switching gears for the winter by clearing snow and working on other winter tasks. You won’t grow bored because a variety of jobs will keep you busy as the seasons change.
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. depending on the project
- Some flexibility with days/hours as long as it’s a consistent schedule
- This is a huge benefit if you need to work certain days of the week or even the weekend!
- If you work a consistent schedule, you can choose what days / hours and have your work / life balance!
- Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
